These terms apply to tutoring, admissions coaching and career coaching services provided through My Career Impact, a trading name used by Debdipto Biswas, Sole Trader, based in the United Kingdom. By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

My Career Impact provides personalised one-to-one tutoring and coaching, including academic tutoring, university admissions preparation, admissions test preparation, interview coaching and career support. The content and structure of each service will depend on the individual student or client and the service booked. We aim to provide high-quality teaching, coaching and feedback, but we cannot guarantee any particular grade, examination result, test score, university offer, interview outcome, job offer or other result. Outcomes depend on a range of factors, including the student or client’s own work, performance and circumstances, as well as decisions made by schools, universities, employers and other third parties

Academic integrity

My Career Impact provides teaching, coaching, guidance and feedback. We do not write personal statements, essays, coursework, examination answers or other assessed work on behalf of students, and we will not complete applications or assessments in a way that misrepresents a student’s own work, experience or abilities. Students remain responsible for the accuracy, content and final submission of any work or application they submit.

Bookings and cancellations

Session fees and any package prices will be communicated before booking or displayed on the relevant page of the website. A booking is confirmed once it has been agreed with My Career Impact and, where applicable, payment has been received. Where sessions are purchased as part of a package, the scope of the package and any specific conditions will be communicated before purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in advance of the relevant session or package.

Independence

My Career Impact is an independent tutoring and coaching service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or formally connected to any university, school, employer, tutoring platform or professional-services firm referenced on this website.
